Can clients choose a specific therapist?
Online booking currently schedules by your shop's hours and service lengths. Clients can name a therapist in the booking note, and you can record the therapist on any appointment from your dashboard or through the AI assistant.
Can clients cancel or reschedule on their own?
Yes. After signing in with their mobile number they can see their bookings and reschedule or cancel. Changes show up in your calendar right away.
Can AI answer my spa's phone too?
